These recently remodeled 2 bedroom duplexes are located in Orchard Ridge on Madison’s west side and just minutes from Epic Systems, Exact Sciences and UW Madison. Tenants will enjoy an open floor plan, private deck and patio, off street parking and a spacious yard in a great neighborhood. Amenities include: hardwood floors, sheds, free lawn care services, fire-pit areas, ceramic and glass tile finishes, ceiling fans, A/C and high efficiency furnaces, washer/dryer and much more. All of our properties have fully fenced in backyards, ideal for small children and pets. Your furry family members are welcome, but we only allow one dog per apartment and up to two cats. Rental Information:

  • Monthly rent – as advertised. This price may reflect a monthly rental concession for on-time payment when rent is received on or before the first of each month and does not include any applicable pet fees.
  • Security deposit – as advertised.
  • One-year lease terms generally apply between April and July. Shorter or longer lease terms may apply out of season or at the discretion of the landlord.
  • Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities, municipal services, TV, internet, lawn care, snow/ice removal, and weekly trash and recycle curbside collection.
  • Apartment availability can vary. We recommend contacting us with your potential move-in date so we can determine if an apartment may be coming available in your timeframe.
  • In order to process an application, we require a fully completed and signed application from all adult individuals who will be residing at the property, a $500.00 earnest money deposit, and a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per adult applicant for processing background checks. Out of state applicants may be required to pay an additional $25.00 per adult applicant for background verification.
  • Specific types of pets are welcome with Landlord approval. However, a one dog per apartment limit, pet fees, and restrictions may apply.
